FREE TWO-DAY SHIPPING

Ribbons Jewellery offers complimentary and insured shipping on all orders within India. For orders outside these areas, please email concierge@ribbonsjewellery.com to make arrangements. Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Packages require a signature upon delivery.

Ribbons Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by weather, the actions of the shipping company, or circumstances beyond our control.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order is received, we will send you the confirmation number and the shipment confirmation and a tracking number using the contact information you provided at check out. To check the status of your order, please email concierge@ribbonsjewellery.com

FREE RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason at all, you may receive a full refund. Please contact concierge@ribbonsjewellery.com within 15 days of receipt to receive a return authorization number and return shipping label. Packages without a return authorization number cannot be accepted. Items purchased online may be also returned to Ribbons’s Vasant Vihar, Delhi flagship store with an original receipt or gift receipt.

Ribbons will accept merchandise for return only in unused, unaltered, and salable condition. Returns must be made in the original packaging with the Ribbons shipping tag attached. Ribbons cannot accept returns of engraved items or items that show signs of wear. Special orders and custom sized pieces may be exchanged (see more below). Ribbons Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any returns.

Upon completion of the proper return procedures and a determination that the items are in original salable condition, Ribbons will issue a refund. Once an item has been received for return by Ribbons, either at the Ribbons Delhi flagship or via mail, the return may take 3-5 business days to process, after which time a refund will be issued.

Please note: If your item arrives in damaged condition, contact concierge@ribbonsjewellery.com within 10 days of receipt to receive a return authorization number and return shipping label. Packages without a return authorization number cannot be accepted. You may also return the item to Ribbons’s Vasant Vihar flagship store with the original receipt or gift receipt. EXCHANGES

Within 30 days of receipt, an item in unused, unaltered, and salable condition with the Ribbons shipping tag attached may be exchanged for another item, as long as it’s accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt.

If the newly selected item is a lower price than the item being exchanged, Ribbons will issue a refund for the difference. If the newly selected item is a higher price than the item being exchanged, the difference will be charged.

Items purchased online may be exchanged by shipping them back to Ribbons or in person at Ribbons’s Vasant Vihar flagship. To exchange by mail, please contact concierge@ribbonsjewellery.com for instructions.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Our products are delivered within 15 days of order, this is the maximum time for delivery, we try to deliver it before. in some cases it may be delivered in just a couple of days subject to the availability of the stock.
